Directly opposite the Industrial Palace you can find the newly-opened Kolkovna brewery, where traditional craftsmanship is combined with a passion for beer. Under the guidance of an experienced brewer with many years of experience, quality craft beers are brewed here from only the finest ingredients – Czech malt and hops. The range includes 7 permanent beers, including a special seasonal brew. During the year, you can taste seasonal specialities that reflect the current ingredients and seasons. Enjoy a refreshing wheat beer in the summer months, a thick spicy beer in the autumn or a dark Christmas special in the winter. We are constantly trying to push the boundaries and bring you new and original beers.

In addition to excellent beer, you can also enjoy traditional Czech dishes, which will perfectly complement your beer experience. We offer a wide selection of tasty appetizers, main dishes and desserts. In addition, we cook up daily specials.
